Bamboo Cotton Blend
Recycled Polyester Blend
The alternative fabrics used by MBF are bamboo, modal, organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Bamboo produces up to a 40% smaller carbon footprint during production than cotton. Bamboo is also highly antibacterial, acclimatized to warm and humid environments as the onsets of sweat-related odours are significantly reduced. As incidences of odours are reduced, wearers will be able to conserve water through fewer washing cycles.
Compared to virgin cotton, recycled cotton produces up to a 20% smaller carbon footprint, during production.
Recycled polyester produces up to a 30% smaller carbon footprint than virgin polyester, requiring up to 90% less water for production.
Our fabrics are infused with water-resistant nanotechnology that ensures they stay as clean as possible, for up to six months.
Our nanotechnology synergizes with our fabrics’ antibacterial properties to enhance their resistance to odour.
By our calculations, the water-resistant nanotechnology will ensure that wearers reduce their carbon footprints and water usage by 25% through fewer washing cycles.
MBF implements a no-plastic and minimalist approach for our product packaging, incorporating recycled paper.
We eliminate excessive packaging where possible to prevent single-use wastage and educate our clients of our innovative methods. For example, MBF eliminateds single packaging for our cap products, which saves a great. deal of storage space and packaging materials that would likely be discarded upon delivery.
